Day 5

Sighnaghi – Gurjaani – Tbilisi (airport)

In the morning after the breakfast, we will depart towards Gurjaani. Here we will pay a visit to the traditional Kakhetian family Wine House Gurjaani ( In this family a specialist will tell and show you how the ancestors of Kakhetians produced wine. Personally you will see and be able to take part in baking of Georgian bread “shoti”, confection of “churchkhela” and other Georgian dishes.

Enjoy the taste of homemade wine, “chacha” and genuine Georgian “mtsvadi”. Then all the guests will be invited to the large hall, furnished in a typical Georgian style, where a traditional Georgian feast led by the toastmaster “tamada” and accompanied by a Georgian folk songs & music awaits you by the cosy fireplace. Late in the evening after the feast, departure towards Tbilisi International Airport.
