Day 5
Kutaisi – Prometheus cave – Mestia.
After breakfast we will visit Prometheus cave, near Kutaisi. The cave was discovered in 1984. It has a specific geological significance. The underground halls, rooms and corridors are full of stalagmites, stalactites, petrified waterfalls, You will descent on 80 meters below sea level. Lunch en route. After we will depart towards Mestia main town of the Georgia’s most popular touristic destination Svaneti region. After couple of hours spent on a picturesque & interesting mountain road, we will arrive to the guesthouse in Mestia. Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.
